BharLo - AatmanirBhar Local is an innovative app that helps people set up their own shops while also supporting existing local businesses. Users can explore a variety of nearby shops, services, and products, all displayed on a digital platform that helps sellers gain visibility and helps buyers find what they need in their community. For Buyers Buyers are an important part of the BharLo platform. They can easily discover and connect with local businesses. The app offers a simple and user-friendly interface that allows buyers to: • Explore Nearby Shops: Browse a list of shops registered in their area, offering a wide range of products and services. • Create Carts and Place Orders: Add items or services from different shops to their cart and place orders quickly. • View Order History: Keep track of pending and past orders to stay updated on their purchases. • Chat with Sellers: Use the in-app chat feature to communicate directly with sellers about prices, services, and any specific requests. For Sellers Sellers on BharLo can include those offering garments, home-cooked or baked food, home-grown vegetables, farm produce, groceries, and various local services, not limited to these categories. The platform allows these sellers to showcase their products and reach a larger audience. BharLo supports local businesses while ensuring a safe marketplace by not allowing the sale of items related to sex, medicine, drugs, weapons, liquor, smoking items, and other illegal items. Service providers such as painters, electricians, cooks, carpenters, and cleaners can also list their services, sharing their rates and areas of expertise. User Roles in BharLo: Buyer: Every user starts as a buyer, with access to a variety of shops and services nearby. Buyers can browse shops, add items or services to their cart, and place orders easily. Available Menu Options for Buyers: • Shops: Browse shop listings, enter shops, create carts, and place orders. • My Orders: View and manage pending and past orders. • Settings: Adjust app preferences. Note: Buyers can create and manage multiple carts from different shops at the same time. Shop Owner: Any user can become a shop owner by creating a shop in the app. Once set up, shop owners can list their products or services, which become visible to other users when marked for display. Available Menu Options for Shop Owners: • Shops: Browse shop listings, enter shops, create carts, and place orders. • My Orders: Track pending and past orders. • Orders: Manage customer carts and pending & past orders. • My Shop: Create and manage items or services with detailed information. • Settings: Adjust shop and account preferences. Note: Shop owners can manage multiple shops from a single account. No Payments Through BharLo BharLo acts as a connection platform rather than an online store.
