No judgement, just tools. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Track urges, slips, and setbacks for any behaviour • See your streak — days since last setback • Identify your triggers with visual breakdowns • Spot unhelpful thinking patterns automatically using the POLICEMAN framework (9 common cognitive distortions) • Challenge and reframe negative thoughts • View heatmaps showing when urges happen (time of day vs day of week) • Block distracting or harmful content with a built-in DNS blocker • Set goals: quit entirely, reduce over time, or timed resets (30/90 days) • Export your data as JSON at any time THINKING TOOLS The app uses the POLICEMAN mnemonic — Personalization, Overgeneralization, Labeling, "I Should" rules, Conclusion jumping, Emotional reasoning, Maximising, All-or-nothing thinking, and Negative filtering. When you log what you were thinking during an urge, the app spots these patterns and guides you through challenging them. YOUR PRIVACY Everything stays on your device. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no tracking. Your database is encrypted with SQLCipher. You can protect the app with a PIN or biometric lock, and delete all data at any time.
