A time office lost its parcels, and every one of them has settled somewhere between the eras. There is only one way to get them back: take the wheel and drive down the timeline, era by era. The road is the same everywhere, three lanes rushing towards you, and the whole control scheme fits into a tap on the left or the right side of the screen. The machine only knows how to accelerate, and the further you go, the earlier you have to decide where to move. A collision takes a shield, and the stock of them sits in the corner of the screen; when it runs out, the run starts again from the beginning. Green crystals lie right on the lanes and are picked up on the move, the bar at the top shows how far is left to the parcel, and the headlights catch a barrier a second before you could hit it. A clean run and a run finished by a hair look the same from outside, except the second one has no shields left. Six eras, four runs in each. The Stone Age starts with a wide road and few obstacles, then comes Egypt, then Rome with columns along the roadside and a dark arcade on the horizon, castle times, the steam age and finally a neon future. Each one repaints the track completely and brings obstacles of its own. Collected crystals go into the garage: an extra shield, a magnet that pulls crystals towards the machine, a soft start and a bumper that forgives the first collision of a run. Ten short notes arrive from the dispatch office, one for every pair of deliveries. They tell what is actually inside the lost parcels, who has been moving them through the eras all these years and why the last one is addressed to you. Beside them sits a dozen questions about real history, and a run of correct answers adds crystals. The last note arrives together with the last parcel.
