Bergcoach makes the information easier to understand and helps you see how your training develops over time. VO₂ max and fitness Follow your VO₂ max and view trends over time. Bergcoach helps put the value into clearer context and makes it easier to follow how your fitness develops. Bergcoach analyses Get coaching summaries based on your activity, goals and training history. The aim is not simply to show more numbers, but to help you understand the bigger picture. Food and drink Log food, drinks and water to get a better overview of your everyday balance. You can log food using text or an image and get help estimating its contents. Apple Watch Bergcoach is also available on Apple Watch. Follow steps, training information and your current Bergcoach status directly from your wrist. Weather With optional location access, Bergcoach can show local weather information to support your training plans for the day. You control your data Bergcoach uses Apple Health only with your permission. You choose which health data the app can access and can change your permissions at any time in Apple Health. Bergcoach is intended for training, exercise and general wellbeing. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
