BendLock Knot Studio is an interactive terminal-tackle knot workshop for freshwater and saltwater anglers. Choose the right connection for the job, rehearse dress-and-cinch sequences on real line pairings, and lock in retained-strength outcomes before you leave the dock. This is skill rehearsal and decision math—not a catch log and not a boat planner. Every session is built to help hooks, leaders, and splices hold when it matters. CONNECTION JOB BENCH Pick the task—hook eye, split ring, snell, loop-to-fly, braid-to-fluoro splice, swivel, shock tippet, hollow-splice join—and set salt or fresh context. The bench ranks seed knots by match score, bulk, and difficulty so you start from a short list that fits the job. LINE PAIRING DESK Set standing and tag materials (mono, fluorocarbon, braid, wire) with diameter and rated break strength. Get an instant knot-factor retained-strength readout plus “too stiff / too slick” warnings for the pair you actually fish. STEP REHEARSAL PLAYER Walk multi-step paths with clear highlight on tag versus standing ends, coil-count gates, dress checks, and a mandatory wet-cinch gate. Undo, scrub between steps, and mirror left- or right-handed so practice matches how you tie on the water.
