BendGauge Sheet Metal is a local-first flat-pattern and forming bench for fabricators, HVAC shops, metalworkers, installers, and makers who need a blank to form correctly the first time. Choose mild steel, stainless, or aluminum, then enter thickness, inside radius, bend angle, K-factor, die opening, and finished flange dimensions. BendGauge calculates bend allowance, outside setback, bend deduction, developed length, and the combined flat blank for multi-bend parts. Minimum-flange and tooling warnings flag risky geometry before material reaches the press brake. A dedicated bend-order checklist keeps short returns, open flanges, springback guidance, and shop verification visible. Share a concise cut-and-bend report for the floor.
