Bringing together multinational expertise in the real estate and technology sectors in the U.S. and Europe, BeiTeck was formed as a startup in Lebanon to spearhead the digital transformation of the Property Technology industry in the country and provide solutions to problems faced by occupants, brokers and property owners. BeiTeck’s digital approach encompasses the use of a dynamic map feature to accurately help users locate property locations in Lebanon and the pricing per meter square graph variations that drive the users to make informed decisions, which ultimately lead to property rentals or acquisitions.
