Store description excerpt
BeerChug is a chugging game that takes the physics seriously. Tilt your phone like you're draining a glass. What you see isn't a canned animation ‚it's solved every frame from the real shape of the vessel you picked. NINE CUPS, REAL DIMENSIONS A 44 mL shot glass. A 12 oz longneck. A two-litre Das Boot. Each is built from its actual interior profile and capacity, so each empties differently: A straight-sided stein drains completely at exactly horizontal‚ and not a degree sooner A can traps beer in its shoulder, so you have to tip well past vertical for the last of it A bottle's neck floods and air can't get back in, so it stutters and glugs, exactly like the real thing THE SIMULATION IS ACTUALLY RUNNING Every frame, the app works out where the liquid surface sits inside your tilted glass, how much the vessel can still hold, and how fast it spills over the lip. Flow comes from the wetted area of the mouth and the depth of beer above it. The air-lock that makes bottles glug is modelled on how fast a bubble can climb back up the neck. The surface you see is the surface that was computed. HOLD IT HOWEVER YOU LIKE Most tilt games only work in portrait. This one calibrates to whatever grip you start in ‚ portrait, sideways, upside down, flat on a table, anything between ‚ and measures from there. Spinning the phone around its own axis does nothing, because spinning a glass doesn't pour it. HARDER THAN IT LOOKS Tilt too little and nothing moves Tilt too much and you wear it, spill more than 10% and the run doesn't count Swallow flat out and you run out of breath; level off to get it back Heavy cups lag behind your wrist, because two liters has real momentum GRADED HONESTLY Every cup has a par time found by simulating a perfect chug: tilted just far enough to keep your throat saturated, never far enough to waste a drop. Beat par for an S. Best times are kept per cup, so the shot glass and the pitcher each have their own leaderboard of one. No beer required ‚this is a game about tilting a phone. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no network access at all. Nothing you do here leaves your device.
