WHO THIS APP IS FOR • Approved BeeMeals delivery riders (branch riders and open/pool riders) • Delivery partners who want a simple way to manage daily deliveries • New applicants who want to join the BeeMeals rider network KEY FEATURES Secure Login Log in with your registered phone number, password, and a 6-digit OTP verification step, keeping your account and order access protected. Go Online / Offline Switch Online when you're ready to accept orders, and go Offline whenever you need a break — full control over your availability. Live Order List & Details See assigned orders with full details — customer and restaurant info, order contents, and delivery instructions — before you start moving. Batch Deliveries Handle multiple orders in a single run when assigned, helping you complete more deliveries per trip. Step-by-Step Delivery Flow Start delivery, update status at each stage, and complete deliveries in a guided flow that keeps you and the customer informed. Maps & Navigation Built-in maps guide you to the restaurant and the customer's address, with live tracking during active deliveries. Earnings Dashboard See your delivery activity and shift status at a glance. Payments & Wallet Summary Review your earnings and settlements directly in the app. Notifications Get notified immediately when a new order is assigned or an ongoing delivery updates. Profile & Account Management Manage your profile, change your password, and use in-app account deletion if needed.
