You are born. Eighty or so years later, you are not. What happens in between is up to you. Become is a life simulator you play on a phone — inside the game, your character has one too. Study, work, date, invest, buy a home, start a business, get into trouble. Age up one year at a time and live with what you chose. EVERY LIFE IS DIFFERENT: Born rich, poor, or somewhere in between, to parents with their own jobs and their own problems. Your intelligence, looks and health are dealt to you. What you do with them is not. SCHOOL YEARS THAT MATTER: Twelve years of school with clubs and teams you try out for, train at, and eventually captain. Grades decide universities. Universities decide careers. A REAL ECONOMY: Run a business with a proper profit and loss account, staff and multiple locations. Buy shares in companies the news actually moves. Own property in neighbourhoods that rise and fall. Watch debt compound at 10% a year if you let it. A LEAGUE OF ITS OWN: Ten clubs, a full table, and a football career simulated season by season — chase a starting place, a trophy, or a move to a bigger club. PEOPLE WHO REMEMBER: Family, friends, rivals and partners who message you, hold grudges, fall in love and drift away if you ignore them.
