Over 70 meditation, stretching, movement, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, guided by professional teachers and coaches. In addition to the focus timer mode, you can also schedule break reminders or alarms and export them to your phone's calendar. Choose either a specific break, or let Bearings suggest one. Personalize suggestions by filtering for your likes, time availability, setting, and energy level. Check out what specific breaks are coming up and customize your break schedule on the Queue! You can think of it like your playlist of breaks. We strive to provide evidence-based break exercises to help you prevent burnout, find clarity, relax, and then come back to work or study with a greater sense of ease.
