This is an app for measuring lap times for RC cars. There are measurement modes that use Bluetooth (Bluetooth mode) and measurement modes that use a camera (camera mode). However, it only detects objects that come within range, so it also reacts to cats, balls, shadows, etc. Camera mode does not require a Bluetooth device.
