The My Money app can help you understand your money. The My Money app can help you be more independent. Below you can find some options to reset your My Money app: Android: 1. Clear your cache You can clear your cache by: Opening Settings and then finding apps Find the my money app Tap storage and cache Tap clear cache 2. Delete it and install it again iPhone: 1. Offload the App This method removes the app but keeps its data. When you reinstall the app, some settings or files may still be there, but it can help refresh the app: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Scroll down and select the app you want to offload. Tap Offload App. Once done, tap Reinstall App. 2. Clear Safari Cache (if App Uses Safari) If the issue is with an app that uses Safari, such as a web-based application: Go to Settings > Safari. Tap Clear History and Website Data. For other browsers like Chrome: Open Chrome. Tap the three dots (menu) at the bottom right and go to Settings. Tap Privacy > Clear Browsing Data. Choose Cached Images and Files and Cookies and tap Clear Browsing Data. 3. Restart the iPhone Sometimes restarting the phone can refresh the system and clear temporary files. 4. Delete it and install it again
