Whether you want to report an issue or recognise someone who went above and beyond, the app makes it simple, fast, and transparent. Every submission is logged, assigned a unique reference number, and routed directly to the appropriate staff member — so you can be confident your feedback is being heard and acted on. Complaints Submit complaints across five categories: Gameday Experience Facilities Junior Capitals Child Protection Other Compliments Recognise staff, referees, volunteers, or fellow members who have made a positive contribution to the Brisbane Basketball community. How it works Select whether you want to submit a complaint or compliment Complete the form with as much or as little detail as you choose Submit — your feedback is instantly logged and sent to the right person Receive a unique ticket number for your records and all future correspondence Your privacy All contact details are optional.
