Your request goes straight to the building's maintenance team. FOLLOW EVERY STEP Track each request from planned through to completed. Open Work Status to see progress updates, the assigned technician, stock items used, and completion details. If something needs attention, alert the supervisor directly from the app. APPROVE AND PAY SECURELY Review quotations with a full cost breakdown including tax, approve with one tap, and pay by credit or debit card. Download or share a PDF receipt for every payment, with pending and cleared payments kept neatly apart. RATE THE WORK Once a job is done, rate service quality, technician professionalism, and response time, and leave feedback that helps the building improve.
