They open the app, confirm their face, and clock in — the record is displayed with an unchangeable NSR (Non-Stop Receipt) on the screen, instantly. No wall clock, no card, no spreadsheet. Made for any company: office, construction site, store, clinic, reception area. FEATURES • Clock in via mobile phone — the system classifies entry, break, and exit according to the employee's workday. • NSR and unchangeable record — each clock-in generates a receipt that no one can delete (REP-P). • Selfie with proof of life — identity confirmation at the moment of clocking in, when required by the company. • Geofence — records if the employee was in the work area. • Offline queue — clocks in without internet and synchronizes automatically upon reconnection, preserving the real time. • My mirror — hours worked, time bank balance, lateness, and absences for the month, at the employee's fingertips. • Request correction — the employee requests the adjustment and the manager approves it; The history keeps track of the before and after. • Time entry — the clocking in/out can be tied to a project or cost center. • Multiple employment — those who work for more than one company can switch between these options at the top of the screen. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the app — the clock is already running and shows the next clocking in/out. 2. Confirm your face — align your face with the oval, when the company requires proof of life. 3. Clock in/out — the NSR (National Service Number) appears on the screen. The app belongs to the employee. They don't decide the type of clocking in/out or delete records — the law doesn't allow it, and that's what gives value to the time entry. Each company configures what it requires: selfie, proof of life, geofencing, and time entry are optional. To use it, you need an active account with your company. Talk to HR or your manager.
