Thanks to Basis Plant Helpdesk, Basis Plant inspectors will be able to provide an even more advanced support service to their customers. Through the Basis Plant Helpdesk app, you can access the Xperience platform using an interface designed to optimize the mobile experience and simplify the inspectors' operations. The current version allows access only to the OPERATORS of the platform. In the future, USERS will also be able to log in and use the application.
