A built-in timer keeps you honest. TRACK WHAT MATTERS Every session calculates your Iron Index (total volume moved) and Grit Score (consistency + community engagement). See your training frequency, workout count, and progress over time — no fluff metrics. JOIN A PACK Get assigned to a small accountability pack. Share workouts, talk training, and keep each other in the game. Pack leaderboards and a global leaderboard make sure effort gets noticed. EXPLORE & DISCOVER Browse trending circuits from the community. Find new programming ideas. Like and comment on workouts in your feed.
