Evidence questions cite the Federal Rules of Evidence as amended through December 2023, including the rewritten expert-testimony standard in Rule 702. Civil Procedure questions cite the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as amended through December 2025, including the new Rule 16.1. Constitutional questions stay on settled doctrine.
