It is designed to enable debtors and customers to conduct various transactions via mobile phones by themselves, whether it be checking outstanding balances, making payments, viewing receipts online, and getting notifications of their payment due date. In addition, the application also has an online debt restructuring menu which will enhance convenience for NPL debtors and allow them to set plans and adjust their plans in one place. This means debt restructuring can be done online for the first time in Thailand. Another special feature is the search and purchase function where online assets with special prices and good locations of more than 18,000 items can be selected from.
