FOUR WAYS INSTEAD OF ONE • Tasks: as a list or calendar—day, week, and timeline. Schedule appointments with your finger; the app automatically calculates what depends on other tasks. • Time tracking: clock in and out—office, home office, business trip, vacation, or time off in lieu. • Services: from the customer to the order to the item. Record labor and materials in one go. • Receipt upload: scan an invoice or share a PDF from another app. Select the client and document type—done. CONTINUE WORKING WITHOUT A RECEPTION What you enter stays on your device and is transferred as soon as a connection is available again—even after restarting the app. Ongoing work continues uninterrupted; nothing is lost, and nothing is recorded twice. DELIVERY NOTE Create a delivery note from the delivered items and have it signed directly on your device. MULTIPLE CLIENTS Manage and quickly switch between clients. The selected client also applies to the Balmung web application—both use the same login. An active Balmung account is required.
