Balance tells you how much you have available, who you owe, and what is due this month. That is all. No sign-up, no bank connection, no internet. LOGGING AN EXPENSE TAKES THREE TAPS Open, type the amount, pick a category. Done. Balance does not ask you to classify your life or fill out forms: if logging is work, you stop logging within two weeks. WHAT YOU HAVE AND WHAT YOU OWE, IN ONE NUMBER Your bank accounts, your cash, your credit cards and your loans, all together. Balance works out your net worth and shows what you actually have available, not what the bank balance says. YOUR BILLS, BEFORE THEY SLIP PAST YOU Rent, electricity, internet, the car payment. Balance reminds you as many days ahead as you choose, and tells you how much of the month you have covered and how much is left. Reminders are local notifications: they work in airplane mode. PAYING A DEBT IS NOT AN EXPENSE This is the distinction almost no app gets right. When you pay your credit card, money leaves your bank but your net worth does not change: it only moved. Balance understands that and does not count the payment as spending. YOUR DATA IS YOURS There is no Balance server anywhere. Everything is stored on your iPhone. No account to create, no email to hand over, no password to remember. We collect nothing, share nothing, and have no way to see your numbers even if we wanted to. If you want, you can lock the app with Face ID and turn on backup to your own iCloud, which is private and yours, the same way Notes and Reminders work. BALANCE PRO The app is free and stays that way: logging transactions and getting reminders are never limited. Balance Pro adds the parts that take work to figure out: • Where your month went, category by category, with a chart • Your debt-free date: the exact month, and how much interest you will pay getting there • What happens if you pay a little more each month • Backup to your own iCloud • Unlimited accounts, debts, bills and categories The free plan holds 4 accounts and 3 bills. What you already created is never hidden or locked: limits only apply when you create something new. Balance Pro is $5.99 USD per month or $29.99 USD per year, with a free week to try the yearly plan. You will see the final price in your own currency. Made for people who want to know where they stand without becoming an accountant. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your iPhone Settings, under your Apple Account. If you choose the yearly plan with a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
