Balance by Marcefitness is a fitness and nutrition app by Marcefitness. Marce is a licensed nutritionist with a fitness coach degree, a firm believer in taking care of our health: mind, body, and heart. She also believes in celebrating what our bodies can achieve by moving every day. Being a licensed nutritionist, she also motivates others to eat healthy foods more, which is the basis for the recipes in our app. What our app includes: Training and physical activity: Balance by Marcefitness includes access to ALL available workout routines. Each routine has a different focus, but all of them will help you reach your goals and objectives. When you join a program, you are told which workout to do each day, from warm-up to cool-down! Each exercise also includes instructions on how to perform it, additional form tips, and information on which muscle group is being worked. You can swap out any workout for an alternative of your choice. Nutrition: Personalized calculation of calories and macros according to your goals and objectives. You can track your food consumption in a flexible and varied way according to your tastes, lifestyle, and diet. More than 200 delicious and healthy recipes (sweet, savory, sauces, soups, dressings, drinks, and smoothies) with calories and macros to help you meet your goals. It Includes recipes with omnivorous, vegetarian, and vegan options. Community and direct support. Stay connected with a lovely support community and your coach Marcefitness to maintain motivation, discipline, and achieve your goals. Check-ins and Progress: What can be measured can be improved, so we help you have a complete view of your overall performance with easy check-ins and real-time updates.
