BakeNote is a fully offline baking log built for home and pro bakers. Manage recipes, record multi-step baking flows, track segmented baking parameters, proofing and oven details, and archive results with photos — all on a single device. Version 1.1 adds record duplication, a direct Start Baking flow from recipe details, and smarter filtering and sorting. Key features - Recipe library with custom categories, ingredients, tags, and offline OCR text extraction - Multi-step baking records with custom flow nodes, segmented baking, proofing and oven parameters - Result review with overall and per-axis ratings, failure notes, optimization lists, and crumb shots - Duplicate records and filter by rating, recipe linkage, category, and time - Bilingual switch: Chinese / English / Follow System, live across the app - Local backup and restore for moving devices No accounts, no ads, no IAP.
