Find one real thing among a crowd of what-ifs. Let anger reveal a boundary without burning the whole road. Cut a mountain-sized task into one possible step. Inspect the hidden cost of temptation. Calibrate doubt against something stable. Leave one deliberate gap. Guard a little light as color fades. Learn what is enough. When strength runs low, let the movement become smaller too.
