It is three in the morning. One arm is holding the baby. Whatever you need to write down has to happen with the hand you have left. BabyFeed is built around that one hand. Open it and the time since the last feeding is already there, large, in the middle of the screen. The buttons sit below it, where your thumb already is. Nothing is buried in a menu. ■ What you see the moment it opens · Time since the last feeding, in big numbers · When the next feeding is likely due · Whether the baby is asleep or awake right now, and for how long · How many feedings today, and how much ■ One tap to log it Tap a button on the home screen and it is saved at the current time. · Left breast / right breast, with a timer you can pause · Formula and bottles · Diapers · Down for a nap / awake again Got the time or the amount wrong? Tap the entry and change it. ■ What you can record · Feeding - breast, formula, expressed milk, pumping, solids · Diapers - wet, dirty, or both · Sleep - time down and time up, or leave it running while the baby sleeps · Growth - weight, height, head circumference · Health - temperature, medicine, vaccinations Every entry can carry a note. ■ Timeline The whole day in order. It also shows the gaps between entries, so you can see at a glance when feedings started drifting further apart. Swipe left or right to walk back through earlier days. ■ Patterns A few days of entries is usually enough for a rhythm to show up. · What time you fed over the last 7 days, with night hours marked · Daily average number of feedings and volume · Feeding volume per day · Sleep hours per day · Weight and height growth curves All of it is worked out on the phone. ■ Reminders · Feeding reminder when the interval you set has passed · A daily nudge at a time you choose · Medicine and vaccination reminders, from health entries dated in the future The buttons on the notification log a feeding or a diaper without opening the app. ■ Home screen widget Time since the last feeding, straight on the home screen. The widget buttons log a feeding or a diaper on their own. ■ More than one child Add several children and switch between them at the top. Entries and charts stay separate for each one. ■ Easier on the eyes at night Pick light or dark, or let it follow the phone. During night feedings the dark theme is far less harsh. ■ Your records stay on this phone · No sign up. No account, no login. · Your child's records are never sent to a server. · Export everything to a single file and restore from that same file. Moving to a new phone means moving one file. ■ Paid options Removing ads is a one time purchase that stays. Premium removes ads and lifts the limit on how many children you can add. The less time logging takes, the more time you spend actually looking at your baby. That is the only thing BabyFeed was built to do.
