In one private, invite-only space, you can share how your day is going, communicate how you want to connect, and let your Support Squad know what kind of support would be useful. IF YOU’RE RECEIVING SUPPORT Build your Support Squad Invite the people you trust. You decide who joins your private support circle, what they can see, and who is invited to each request. Share how your day is going Post a quick update, select how you’re feeling, and let your Support Squad know how you want to connect. Set communication preferences Let people know whether you welcome visitors, prefer virtual connection, need quiet time, or are open to health-related questions. Share practical ways to help Create requests for activities, meals, tasks, visits, comfort items, or other forms of support. Add a date, link, notes, and the people you want to invite. IF YOU’RE SUPPORTING SOMEONE Know how to show up Check the person’s latest status before calling, visiting, or asking health-related questions. Choose a way to help View the requests shared with you and accept one that works for your time and capacity. Keep everyone aligned Once a request is accepted, the person receiving support and the invited Support Squad can see that it is covered. PRIVATE AND IN YOUR CONTROL b-there is invite-only.
