Our customized Patient Support Programs (PSP) are one of the steppingstones of enhancing access to our innovative therapies and ensuring that our medicines are available to those who need them most. The AZCares Patient Support Program platform is developed by Health Lane Technologies (Zelthy - System Partner) and executed by Health Care at Home (HCAM - PSP Vendor Partner of AstraZeneca). On prescription of Health Care Professional (HCP) for indications that are approved in India, patients can voluntarily enroll to PSP and avail access to therapy basis the terms and conditions as defined for PSP. Program is applicable for patients who do not have any form of full reimbursement.
