Ayurlive Doctor App is a clinical workflow tool for doctors and healthcare professionals working in Ayurvedic and integrated medicine practice. It gives you secure mobile access to your patient list, consultation history and treatment records, so you can review and update patient care from your phone. This app is intended for licensed practitioners associated with a clinic or hospital that uses the Ayurlive practice management system. You will need login credentials issued by your institution to access the app. The app does not support public sign-up and is not for use by patients. KEY FEATURES - Secure login — sign in using the username, account ID and password issued by your institution. - Patient lists — view your OP (outpatient) and IP (inpatient) patient lists, organised for quick access. - Patient consultation view — open any patient to see their consultation record: vitals, presenting complaints, history, treatment plan and prescription. - Treatment management — add or edit treatments and package treatments, schedule them across MORNING / AFTERNOON / NIGHT slots, assign treatment rooms and mark room or therapist exceptions where required. - Medicines and prescriptions — add medicines to a prescription, edit dosing details and capture related notes. - Voice dictation — dictate treatment notes and observations using on-device speech recognition, so you can keep documentation up to date without typing on a small screen. - Tabbed patient workflow — move between Initial Assessment, Patient Summary, Prescription, Documents, Treatment, Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, Lab and NABH forms within a single patient session. - Pull-to-refresh and quick navigation across patients. DATA AND PRIVACY The app is a thin client. Patient records and clinical notes are stored on your institution's own Ayurlive server, not on the device and not on the app developer's servers. The app reads from and writes to your clinic's system using the credentials you sign in with. We (TouchQ Software Solutions) do not retain patient information or user accounts on our own infrastructure, and we do not sell or share your data. The app cannot function offline. - Microphone (Record Audio) and Speech Recognition — used only when you tap the microphone control to dictate notes. Audio is converted to text on the device and is not recorded, stored or uploaded by the app. - Storage — used to attach lab reports or images to a patient record, and to save documents (such as prescriptions) that you ask the app to download or share.
