It is a direct communication channel that will allow professional medical-patient information. To access it, the doctor must discharge the patient with an internal referral, there is two-way communication between the two, a repository for questions and warnings, as well as notification solutions. All content is generated by doctors involved in patient care via the App. It is sought that the diagnosed patient or those who consider it to be so may have a professional and direct channel to decongest common communication channels, as well as give an immediate response to patients already evaluated.
