Step on the scale and within seconds your phone shows not just your weight, but what that weight is made of: fat, muscle, water, protein, minerals, visceral fat and twenty more metrics. WHAT YOU GET • Weight and its trend — charts for a day, a week, a month and three months • Body composition: body fat percentage and mass, muscle and skeletal muscle, water level, protein, bone mass • Visceral fat, BMI, basal metabolic rate, an overall health score • Segmental analysis: right and left arm, right and left leg, trunk — muscle and fat separately • Heart rate, measured by the scale during the weigh-in NUMBERS THAT EXPLAIN THEMSELVES Every metric comes with its own scale of zones, a marker showing where you stand, and advice on what to do next. No bare "22.4" — the app tells you whether that is high or low for you, given your sex, age and height. THE WHOLE FAMILY, ONE APP A separate profile for each person: adult, athlete, child. Each measurement goes to the profile of whoever stepped on the scale, so histories never mix. There is also a dedicated mode: weigh yourself first, then pick up your child — the app works out the difference. HEALTH TOOLS Calculators for body mass index, daily water and calorie needs, basal metabolic rate and muscle mass. They work without a scale — height and weight are enough. A REPORT YOU CAN SHARE The full breakdown of a measurement exports to PDF, ready to send to a trainer, a dietitian or a doctor, or to print. THREE LANGUAGES Russian, Kazakh and English, switchable at any time in settings. WHAT YOU NEED A supported Bluetooth smart scale, including eight-electrode models with a handle that measure body composition segment by segment.
