AxomeraApp — Device Connectivity & Customer Support AxomeraApp is the companion application for customers of Axomera systems. It is designed exclusively as a technical service and support tool and does not constitute a medical device or medical device accessory. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER AxomeraApp is not a medical device. The app cannot be used to make clinical or medical decisions and does not influence, monitor, or control any therapeutic process. All clinical use of Axomera hardware is managed exclusively through the certified device hardware and its approved operating interface, which is not part of this application. WHAT THE APP DOES • Secure proxy between Axomera devices and the Axomera cloud backend. • Customer support portal — direct access to the Axomera support team and documentation. • Service communication — submit support requests and track service cases. WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO • Does not display or process clinical, physiological, or medical measurement data. • Does not provide therapy guidance, clinical recommendations, or diagnostic information. • Does not control or influence device therapy functions. This app is intended for use by customers and service partners of Axomera in regions where Axomera hardware systems are commercially available. This app is available exclusively in the European Union. The underlying Axomera device system holds CE certification under EU MDR 2017/745 for its approved indications. This app is not part of that certification.
