Key features include: • Personalised training plans View your approved training program, follow your prescribed exercises and keep your plan close whenever you train. • Nutrition support Access nutrition guidance and meal planning information prepared for your account after completing your nutrition profile. • Workout tracking Record exercises, sets, repetitions and weight lifted so your progress is easier to review over time. • Progress monitoring Track key health, fitness and body-measurement information so you and your coach can see how things are changing. • Session bookings Request training, massage or coaching appointments and manage your upcoming bookings. • Booking updates Receive updates when booking requests are received, accepted, declined, cancelled or changed. • Account-based access Your app access is linked to your Axis Wellness account, so approved plans and active membership details can sync between the website and app. • Push notifications Receive helpful reminders and important updates about bookings, plans and account activity.
