Anna's Vesuviano Backend is the internal operations app for Anna's Vesuviano. It gives the people running the restaurant one place to work from, on iPhone behind the line and on iPad in the office. Menus and pricing Update item names, prices, descriptions and photos, and keep them in step with the catalog the restaurant already keeps in Square. Prep and tasks Build prep lists for the day, assign work to the people on shift, and see what is still open without asking. Stock Count inventory, watch what is running low, and raise reorders with vendors. Orders See the day's orders and scheduled pickups as they arrive, with totals for the shift. Online ordering Turn online ordering on or off, set opening hours and lead times, and record closures ahead of time. Team Invite staff by email and give each person access to only the screens their job needs. Accounts are created by restaurant management. There is no public sign up.
