How it works - Receive a test code from your provider - Enter your code in the app - Answer a few pre-session questions - Review instructions for the guided session - Complete a 12-minute session with voice guidance across multiple phases - Your data is securely shared with your provider What to expect - A structured 12-minute guided session - Multiple simple phases with step-by-step voice prompts - Clear instructions provided before the session begins - A simple, easy-to-follow experience Requirements - A valid test code from your provider - A compatible wearable device to collect your heart data during the session About the ANS test Your provider may refer to this guided session as an autonomic nervous system (ANS) test. The app facilitates the session and data collection process. All interpretation and communication are handled by your healthcare provider.
