Goal of application is to download weather forecast files (grib file -It allows also to automatize download at given time (use private data for time setting) -It can send SMS (on long click) to Maritime Rescue Coordination Center (MRCC) -An automatic file cleanup is performed to avoid over memory consumption -Access to Location needed to provide GPS coordinates to MRCC -Access to external storage to store & share downloaded files with other application (ie opencpn) -Access to SMS to send Data (Mayday, GPS data, Boat name) to MRCC
