Autodocs Defects records construction site defects where they are found. Raise one in seconds: photograph the problem, describe it by voice or by typing, set the priority, choose the location and assign the company responsible. Photos are geotagged and pinned onto the floor plan, so anyone who opens the defect later knows exactly where it is. The app keeps working underground and on half-finished floors — defects raised without a signal sync automatically the moment the connection returns. Follow each fix through rectification and re-inspection, and get a push notification when work is assigned to you or is about to fall due. You can also open your project's documents and their full approval history. An AutoDocs account is required; accounts are issued through your project administrator.
