Visual inspection is no longer effective. Autentic analyzes your documents without saving them—payslips, bank statements, tax notices, company registration certificates, tax returns, scanned documents, images—and provides you with a clear verdict, along with a reliability rating and a list of detected indicators, all written in French. The document is analyzed and then deleted. 5 VERDICTS: - Authentic — no signs of tampering or AI generation - Suspicious — weak signals, human verification recommended - Probably AI-generated — markers of automatic generation - Altered — traces of modification to the original document - Falsified — significant inconsistency, usually arithmetic FACTS, NOT JUST AN IMPRESSION Autentic combines two types of checks. DETERMINISTIC checks do not rely on estimation: a calculation is either correct or incorrect. - Calculation of the payslip down to the cent: gross − contributions = net before tax, earnings, deductions, non-taxable items, and adjustment areas (allowances, back pay, negotiated termination) included - IBAN check digit and French RIB check digit - SIRET and SIREN numbers verified in the INSEE's SIRENE directory: does the listed company actually exist? - Social Security number key - Consistency of bank statement balances, asset/liability balance of tax returns, consistency of identities and dates between documents ADVANCED DETECTORS look not at what the document says, but how it was created. - Covered or masked text: an amount hidden under a white rectangle remains present in the file - Font anomalies within the same line, signature of an altered amount - Previous revisions of the PDF: many publishers keep the previous state of the file. Autentic reconstructs it and shows you, word for word, what the line contained BEFORE the modification.
