Audio Fade gives musicians, podcasters, video creators, and anyone polishing a recording a simple and focused way to create clean, controlled fade-ins and fade-outs. Import a source, choose the exact section you want to shape, adjust each side independently, and export a finished audio file without navigating a crowded production suite. SHAPE THE RIGHT MOMENT Start with an audio or video file from Files, or select a video from Photos when you want to work with its sound. Audio Fade inspects the source and presents useful duration, size, and format details before editing. Set the beginning of the working segment, optionally define a custom end, and keep the change limited to the part that matters. CONTROL EACH FADE Fade-in and fade-out timing are separate, so a clip can open gradually, finish quickly, or use any combination that suits the material. Choose an individual curve for each side: • Linear for steady level changes • Logarithmic for a natural-feeling rise or fall • Smooth for softened transitions • Sharp for a more immediate change USE GUIDANCE WHEN YOU WANT IT Audio Fade can analyze energy near the selected boundaries and suggest cleaner start and end positions. It can also recommend fade durations based on the character of the audio near each edge. Click protection can enforce a small safety floor when a zero-length edge could create an audible click. You remain in control of the segment, timing, curve, and output choices. EXPORT WITH SOURCE-AWARE OPTIONS Available export presets and file types are based on what the selected source can support. Choose an automatic compatible option or select from the formats presented for that media. Network optimization is available when supported. A clear progress view shows the render as it runs. You can cancel processing and safely start again. When the result is ready, share it directly or save it through the standard iOS file workflow. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Audio processing is performed on your device. Audio Fade does not require an account and does not send your media to an Audio Fade processing server. Access to Photos is requested only when you choose a video there, and standard iOS pickers keep source selection under your control. The interface supports light and dark appearance, right-to-left layouts, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion, and in-app language selection. You can change the app language, restore a purchase, review legal links, replay the welcome demonstration, and see remaining free uses from Settings while the main screen stays dedicated to editing. TRY THE COMPLETE WORKFLOW Five successful fades are included in total. A use is counted only after an export completes successfully; importing, validation errors, cancellation, or failed processing do not consume one. After those five completed fades, an Audio Fade Plus Yearly Subscription unlocks unlimited use while active.
