In this application Audio 528 hertz Frequency, in addition to enjoying the main online audios you have 4 new playlists of relaxing sounds of nature, water, rain, storms, forests, rivers, oceans, snow and effects that will help you relax and relieve stress, not only you, but to put your baby to sleep, or calm your pets. There is also a playlist of ASMR audios and White Sounds or White Noise. A collection of audio tracks organized by category: sleep music, nature sounds, and messages. Each track remembers exactly where you left off and resumes from that point. Each has its own timer that fades the volume down before turning off—no abrupt cut-offs in the middle of your sleep. And the best part: you can play several tracks AT ONCE, adjusting the volume for each using a built-in mixer. Rain in the background, a flute on top—you decide the volume for each. Your mix, your way. Plus, there’s a full-featured timer so you can set the duration exactly as you like. The brain sleeps in cycles of 90 minutes, and waking up at half an hour is what leaves you broken until you have had “enough” sleep. Tell the app at what hour you wake up and how many cycles you want — four, five or six: six hours, seven and half or new — and tell you at what hour you get to bed, counting until how long it takes you to sleep and until your last coffee. Take the record every night and teach you your efficiency: how much you actually slept versus how much you were in bed, because lying down is not sleeping. And bring your siesta timer with warning: it cuts to 20 minutes, or it completes 90 —an entero cycle, with its deep phase and its REM sleep—.
