Attendora is a secure staff attendance and workforce management application designed for schools. School owners and administrators can create and configure schools, invite employees, manage staff attendance, review leave requests and generate professional reports from one Android application. Secure attendance verification Attendance is validated using multiple checks: Authenticated employee account Protected school attendance QR Registered device binding Current GPS location Administrator-configured geofence School-defined attendance schedule Holiday, weekly-off and approved-leave checks Before submission, staff can review the school, current time, attendance status, GPS accuracy and distance from the configured school location. For school administrators Administrators can: Create and manage one or more schools Configure school branding and logo Set the school location and geofence radius Configure attendance opening, on-time, late, half-day and closing times Configure working days and holidays Invite teachers and additional school administrators Assign employee IDs and employment details View staff profiles and attendance history Record manual attendance with a mandatory reason Review attendance correction requests Approve or reject leave requests Reset registered staff devices Download attendance reports in PDF and Excel formats Review audit history and security events For staff Staff members can: View their employee profile See the live attendance window and countdown Scan the school attendance QR Review attendance details before submission View attendance in a monthly calendar Check present, late, half-day, leave, holiday and absence records Apply for leave and monitor its status Request attendance corrections View and update permitted profile information Request account or associated-data deletion School-controlled policies Each school controls its own: Attendance schedule Grace period Late and half-day rules Working days Holiday calendar Geofence radius Leave approvals Staff access School branding Attendance information is visible only to authorized users associated with the relevant school.
