Athlon Manager is the dashboard for whoever actually runs the gym. Attendance, schedule, students, workouts, belt promotions, announcements and reports in one place — on your phone, your iPad or your Mac, without waiting for the front-desk computer. PAPERLESS ATTENDANCE Put a QR code on screen and students check in from their own app. Prefer a list? Mark the roll call by hand, class by class. Attendance takes seconds and the history stays on file. CLASS SCHEDULE Build the week by discipline, location and age group (adults and kids), with an optional level: beginner, intermediate, advanced. Brazilian jiu-jitsu, muay thai, boxing, judo, karate and weight training all live in the same system. STUDENTS AND PLANS Records with contact details, disciplines, plan (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly) and status: current, overdue or frozen. Underage students are registered with their guardians, who get app access to follow along. STRENGTH TRAINING PLANS Per-student workouts with sets, reps, load, rest and notes, in the order they should be performed. The workout shows up in the student's app the moment you save it. BELTS AND GRADINGS Define the belts and stripes of each discipline and record every promotion. Each student's path stays documented. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND POLLS Send notices with photos and video to only the disciplines and groups you pick, or post a poll and let the class decide. You also choose how long announcements stay available. REPORTS THAT SHOW WHAT MATTERS Students per discipline, plan status, attendance over 30, 60 or 90 days, an attendance ranking and the at-risk list — active students who stopped showing up, while there is still time to call them. STAFF AND LOCATIONS Managers, instructors and front desk, each with their own access. Multi-location gyms switch between units without leaving the dashboard. STUDENT APP INCLUDED Every plan includes the student app at no extra cost per enrollment: schedule, check-in, announcements, workouts and belt progress in their hands. PLANS - Starter — up to 100 students, 1 location - Pro — unlimited students, 1 location - Network — unlimited students, multiple locations Monthly or yearly subscription; the yearly plan gives you two months free. The price is shown in the app, in your country's currency, before any confirmation. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled in your Apple Account settings; upgrades and downgrades take effect right away, with no penalty and no lock-in.
