Inside the app, you can: - View your invoices, manage memberships - Book classes, appointments, and programs from the live schedule - View your training plan and follow structured strength and conditioning programs - Log sessions, track PRs, and review progress graphs over time - Track body measurements and body composition - Track nutrition: meal plans, food diary, calories, macros, and water intake - Message your coach and receive feedback, reminders, and updates - Stay consistent with habits, streaks, and challenges - Check in at the facility and track attendance Members-only access. This app is for Athletic Mission in-house members. Activate your account at the facility to log in. You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
