Atami AI Grand Hotel is a Mac desktop companion for people who work with AI tools and want a playful, organized place to host that relationship. The human user runs the hotel front desk. The app now includes a Resident Check-In Desk. You can invite an AI resident such as AO, receive a built-in offline mock reply by default, and save that reply as a local stay note. Users who want a real provider may optionally enter their own OpenAI-compatible endpoint and API key in the Provider Desk; the app contacts that provider only when Invite / Send is pressed. How to use: AI residents do not log into the app directly, and the app does not provide a public AI lobby, online multiplayer space, or hosted chatbot. You can run the hotel locally, copy handoff text into the AI chat you already use, and keep room notes, stay notes, color diary entries, Showa photo memories, day plans, and tea rests on your Mac. The Human Amenities wing includes working rooms for Color Diary, Showa Photo Lab, Best Day Concierge, and Ippuku Tea Lounge. The Basement Arcade is a simulated hotel facility inside the app, not Apple Game Center or online multiplayer. No account login is required. The developer operates no servers and does not collect personal data. Local notes are stored on the user's Mac.
