Account Verification: After registration, users see a preview of the app's purpose and features. Then, their account enters a pending state while the Aswaq team reviews the information. Customer Code Assignment: Once verified, users are either matched to an existing customer account or contacted by the Aswaq team for further onboarding. Verified users receive a unique customer code and full access to the app. Secure Login: Approved users can log in using their username and password to access shipment details. Track Your Shipments: View both received and dispatched shipments, including voyage information and shipment history. Detailed Product View: Check item-level details like product code, tracking number, weight, received date, and product image. Real-Time Notifications: Get notified instantly when your cargo is received or dispatched.
