Technicians run a full inspection from a phone or tablet at the bay, so findings are recorded where the work happens instead of being written down and typed in later. WHAT YOU CAN DO Vehicles Scan a VIN with the camera to pull up a vehicle, or add one by hand. Everything stays linked to the customer record. Clients Find an existing customer or add a new one without leaving the app. Inspections Start an inspection from one of your shop's templates, work through the checklist item by item, and record the result for each point. Browse past inspections and open any of them for the full detail. Templates and checklists Inspections follow the templates your shop already uses, so the process on the phone matches the process on the desktop. Dashboard See what's outstanding at a glance. Messages Keep in touch about a job without switching apps. WORKS WITH YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT Everything written here syncs with the AutoSoftWay platform, so the service advisor sees the inspection as the technician completes it, and anything changed on the desktop appears here.
