Asterhue is a palette app you turn. MAKE A CONSTELLATION Place points anywhere on the wheel and join them with lines. Up to eight colours. Nothing has to be evenly spaced — the grouping you pick out is the palette. TURN IT WHOLE Drag the outer ring and the entire set rotates as one, holding its shape. It is the night sky turning around the pole star: once a relationship is set, it never breaks. Complementary and triadic schemes move in hue without coming apart. AN RYB WHEEL, AS PAINT MIXES Built on the red-yellow-blue wheel rather than the digital RGB one, so colours sit where a painter expects them. The RGB wheel is a setting away, and switching preserves your colours exactly. HOLD THE LIGHTNESS Keep L corrects as it turns, so colours hold the same apparent lightness. Useful when a palette mixes colours that read very differently in brightness — yellow against blue. LIFT COLOUR FROM A PHOTO The eyedropper averages the 5×5 pixels around your touch, so photo noise does not throw the reading off. EXPORT AS A PIECE OF WORK Fourteen layouts. Alongside the plain arrangements, Asterhue generates abstract geometric compositions from your colours. Text export covers hex lists, CSS, JSON and Procreate swatches. NO ADS, NO ACCOUNT There is no advertising and no analytics. Your palettes and settings stay on your device and never leave it. Premium is a one-time purchase.
