AssoTrace is the app of the ASSOPOSA association to fill in, sign and archive the tile-laying Traceability Sheet (REV.4). It guides the installer step by step — site location and data, operators, build-up, substrates, ceramic and stone materials, products, cleaning and timing — and finally generates the official PDF with signatures, ready to share and archive. KEY FEATURES • Guided 10-step form, with automatic draft saving • Works offline: sheets sync automatically when you're back online • In-app signatures (Installer, Client, Designer) • Attachments: photos and documents, embedded in the PDF in the right sections • Assisted company profile from the VAT number (VIES lookup) • Official PDF with a progressive protocol number • Searchable sheet archive • Also available from a desktop browser (same account) • No advertising, no tracking WHO IT'S FOR The app is reserved for association members.
