Store description excerpt
Aspire365 Patient Connect is a fully HIPAA compliant Application that allows our clinicians to securely connect with our clients dramatically increasing the success rate of the Aspire-365 SUD treatment program. Aspire-365 is the culmination of multiple years of innovative program development in conjunction with Yale University School of Medicine, Progeny Psychiatric Group and others. To better address SUD as a chronic condition and eliminate barriers that stop client’s from seeking and receiving treatment, Aspire365 delivers services to client’s homes around their schedule through a combination of In-person and telemedicine visits. Providing decentralized care in the convenience and privacy of the client’s environment greatly improves access and effectiveness of treatment while overcoming the associated stigma of receiving help for SUD. Each client receives 5 to 1 (5 clinicians, 1 Client) care from their Recovery Support Team (RST).
