Asocly Locatar is the official app for tenants of homeowners' associations managed through the Asocly platform. You have quick access, anytime, to: • Apartment file — current balance, invoiced amounts, collections and penalties, up to date • Monthly payment lists — see the expenses distributed to your apartment in detail • Online payments — pay the balance directly from the app (currently simulated, without a real payment processor) • Meter indexes — enter readings for water, gas, heat or allocators in a few seconds • Block chat — communicate in real time with neighbors and the administrator, with attached files • Notifications — receive important announcements from the association on the spot Your account is created by the association administrator; you authenticate with the data received from him and see strictly the information of your apartment.
